The Era in Residence at Bing Art Books

With support from a grant from the University of Chicago, The Era was in residency at Bing Art Books in 2016.

Chicago Artist Theaster Gates converted a bar into a bookstore in Washington Park, offering art, architecture & photography publications, plus author readings & live music in Chicago's South Side. The Era's Bing residency, "Focus on Footwork," included performances and a panel discussion.
